the Ref waived it off immediately, ultimately it is the Refs discretion as to what is ruled a low blow. WBA rules of boxing states a punch on the protector (belt and cup) is illegal. knuckles of Dubois glove landed on the trunks below the Navel. basically it was a bladder shot which is almost as bad as getting hit in the nuts.

Two deadly fighters in the ring there.Oleandar Usyk proved that out fighters focus on the opponent's head.Daniel Dubois is a toe to toe slugger like Sonny Liston and Evander Holyfield focusing on the opponent's body.That was good fight.Usyk deserves the win coz he didn't waste that hook.

Dynamite, more like a fire cracker... At the end of round seven Dubious had dissociative eye movement.. this would indicate his brain function had already been compromised by percussive force . Retirement from the sport is the best option to preserve his thought process and motor skills... He needs intervention and good advice.

Ok I haven't watched many of his fights, but he takes so many shots to the head in the early rounds. I hope he tightens up his defense for AJ to make it more competative because otherwise it's going to be a KO before round 5.
